‘2 Bedroom 1 Bath’ Locks Down a Theatrical Release Date

[soliloquy id=”7879″]

The indie horror film 2 Bedroom 1 Bath will screen in at least ten theaters across California next month. The limited theatrical release is set to  begin September 5th, 2014. The film is being distributed by Al Bravo Studios and Chemical Mind Studios.

The story follows a young couple who think they have found the home of their dreams. They see the new abode as a fresh start for their sometimes tumultuous relationship. Shortly after moving in, the home begins to make the couple question their own sanity. They quickly realize the dwelling is a complete nightmare and that in order to survive, they will have to get out at any cost.

2 Bedroom 1 Bath stars Michelle Hicks (The Wicked Within), Andrew W. Walker (The Torturer), Eric Roberts (The Human Centipede III), and Dee Wallace (Lords of Salem). It is written and directed by Stanley Yung (Sting of the Black Scorpion).

My initial reaction is that the trailer looks a bit pedestrian and the lighting appears to be very poor. However, there are a few scenes that look promising, so I will reserve further judgement until I’ve seen the whole film.
