The Strangers 2 Casts a Ring Alumnus

Strangers 2

A familiar face has been added to the casting roster for The Strangers 2. Horror fans will recognize Martin Henderson from the 2002 horror remake The Ring. The actor played Noah in The Ring. No word just yet on exactly who Henderson will portray in The Strangers 2 but we will keep you apprised as we learn more.

In addition to Henderson, the film will also star Christina Hendricks (The Neon Demon), Bailee Madison (Don’t be Afraid of the Dark), and Lewis Pullman (Aftermath). Hendricks, Madison, and Pullman will star as a family on a cross country road trip who take refuge in a trailer park, only to find that they are being targeted by a trio of malevolent ‘strangers’.

As for who will be behind the creepy and iconic masks, we know that the titular villains will be recast from the original.

Johannes Roberts (The Other Side of the Door) will be at the helm of the project. Bryan Bertino (who wrote and directed the original) and Ben Ketai penned the screenplay.

Stay tuned to the site for more details on this project and the latest in horror news as we learn it!
