Onur Tukel’s Applesauce Premieres First Clip

Applesauce

Applesauce Film - Onur Tukel

Applesauce, the new film from Onur Tukel (Summer of Blood) has debuted a brand new clip. The picture is slated to premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival later this month. In addition to directing, Tukel also penned the script and stars. The film features appearances by Trieste Kelly Dunn, Max Casella, Jennifer Prediger, and Dylan Baker.

The newly released clip shows Tukel as Ron, who is in the process of confessing the worst thing he’s ever done to a radio talk show host. I really dug Summer of Blood (review) and am thus really looking forward to checking this one out. If you’re in the New York area, you can see Applesauce at the Tribeca Film Festival beginning April 19th.

“After he confesses the worst thing he’s ever done to a radio talk show host, Ron Welz’s past starts catching up to him and someone starts sending him body parts. Who is tormenting him? There are eight million people in New York City, and everyone’s a suspect.”

The film will be publicly screening as part of the Tribeca Film Festival at the following locations and times:
