We have just learned that Hellevator, the Soska Sisters-hosted game show on GSN will return for a second season of thrills and chills this fall.
Top GSN executives made the announcement today that the series will be back for a second season at the network’s upfront presentation in NYC. The show is slated for a limited, four-episode event this fall, just in time for the Halloween season.
Hellevator takes place in an abandoned warehouse. It sees teams of three contestants (one at a time) taking on a variety of increasingly difficult and frightening challenges each time they advance a floor. If a contestant does not make it back to the Hellevator in time, they are eliminated and the rest of their team moves on without them. Contestants are competing for a grand cash prize of $50,000 Dollars. The series airs Wednesday nights on GSN.
The series is hosted by identical twin filmmakers Jen and Sylvia Soska (The Twisted Twins) and is produced by genre film powerhouse Blumhouse Productions.
