Wicked Horror has just learned of the very sad news that actor Anton Yelchin has been found dead at the age of 27.
Yelchin was due to take part in rehearsals on the evening of June 19th. When he didn’t show up, concerned friends raised the alarm, later discovering him dead at his home in the San Fernando valley.
AP report Yelchin was discovered pinned to his mailbox by his car at the bottom of a steep driveway. The car was in neutral and the engine was still running. Foul play is not suspected.
An LAPD spokesperson confirmed the death.
Yelchin will be best known to horror fans for recent roles in the likes of Burying The Ex, Green Room and the popular remake of Fright Night.
