Paranormal Activity Creator Launches New AR Experience, Night Terrors: Bloody Mary

Night Terrors Bloody Mary

Imprezario Entertainment has released a new Augmented Reality (AR) mobile app titled ‘Night Terrors: Bloody Mary’. Paranormal Activity franchise creator Oren Peli is among the app’s backers, serving as executive producer on the venture.

‘Night Terrors: Bloody Mary’ drops users right into the middle of a horror survival game. Players will see their reality augmented by the presence of spirits, ghouls and other unsavory creatures.

The app uses iPhone technology to deliver a unique, customized experience to each user. Your mobile device’s camera, LED light, and 360 audio all play into the experience. The app will use your phone to display sinister messages, phone calls, videos, and photos.

Oren Peli executive produced the AR experience with Jordan Rambis, Nigel Sinclair, Nicholas Ferrall, and Tobin Armbrust, as well as co-founders of Imprezario Bryce Katz and Brett Tomberlin.

‘Night Terrors: Bloody Mary’ is reportedly the first of two new projects from Imprezario. The second of which is expected to see release in the next several months. The content provider plans to continue offering AR experiences in a variety of genres over the coming years.

Based on the legend of Bloody Mary, the mobile app dares you to begin the scares by saying her name three times. ‘Night Terrors’ is available for download with iOS 11 or later and is available for download from the app store for $2.99.
